Your information is used to provide and improve the core functionality of the app — saving your preferences, tracking your habits and progress, sending reminders you have enabled, and keeping your account secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time inside the app under Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You may also request deletion by emailing support@mindfulmovementapp.com. Once deleted, your account and associated data are removed from our systems.

Children's Privacy

Mindful Movement is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
