Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly inside the Mindful Movement app at any time:

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, preferences, hydration history, reminders, and progress data from our systems.

If you need help or are unable to access the app, email us at support@mindfulmovementapp.com and we will assist you.
